Change of CFO for CEAG AG

The Supervisory Board of CEAG AG has appointed Frank Gumbinger (37) as successor of the current CFO Matthias Grevener. The appointment will become effective with the annual shareholders' meeting on May 11, 2006. Matthias Grevener, who started with CEAG AG in 2002, has decided to leave the company simultaneously to pursue his career.

Frank Gumbinger is currently in charge of business development and strategy of Ergo Pharm Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH in Baden-Baden, which is the business unit Pharmaceuticals of DELTON AG.

Today the Supervisory Board has expressly thanked Mr. Grevener for his successful work, and the gentlemen of the Supervisory Board are happy to have found an experienced successor like Mr. Gumbinger.
