The new FRIWO charger platform
FRIWO offers a vast variety of lead, NiCad, NiMH and Li-Ion chargers. They are employed in many domains like, for example, in medical areas for fixed or portable appliances or for electric wheelchairs. Our chargers are also used for bicycles, remote- controlled toys as well as for portable devices such as flashlights and
rechargeable vacuum cleaners.


Important features of the new platform chargers are:

  • Approved in accordance with medical standards EN 60601-1 and EN 60335

  • E, UL/cUL and VDE certified

  • Universal input of 100-240 V AC

  • FRIWO interchangeable plugs for MPP15 and MPP30

  • EMC-safe, in accordance with latest European requirements

  • Minimal standby power loss

  • Leakage currents < 10 µA


    • The following number of rechargeable cells is covered by the new platform:

  • Lead 3 to 12 cells

  • NiCd/MH 2 to 20 cells

  • Li-Ion 1 to 5 cells
