The supervisory board of CEAG AG has appointed Mr. Matthias Grevener (39) to the role of Chief Financial Officer effective August 1st, 2002. He will take over from the leaving board member Hans-Heiner Eddelbüttel, who will resign from the board of CEAG AG on August 15th, 2002.
Matthias Grevener holds a degree in economics and started his career with the Mannesmann Group. He held positions as Controller and Manager Business Administration for several portfolio companies in Germany and abroad before becoming a member of the management team at a division of the Mannesmann Dematic AG. He than worked for Windmoeller and Hoelscher a manufacturer of flexible packaging equipment in Lengerich, Germany before he became interim Managing Director at Intensiv-Filter GmbH & Co. KG in Velbert, Germany. Grevener will also remain a member of the advisory council of this company in future.
Hans-Heiner Eddelbuettel (50) joined FRIWO Gerätebau GmbH in January 1991 as Manager Business Administration. In October 1993 he became Managing Director for Finance and Administration of FRIWO Gerätebau GmbH and was appointed CFO of CEAG AG in May 1998. Hans-Heiner Eddelbuettel has made considerable achievements towards the internationalisation of the CEAG. The CEAG AG supervisory board thanks him for his contribution.
