FMP has also established an effective key account management as their marketing system This means that such customers have just one specific worldwide sales contact, the key account manager (KAM). The KAM provides the interface between the customer and FMP. The experienced and highly-qualified KAM guarantees direct and uncomplicated support for each customer.
